Strawberry Jam

Makes 4-5 half pint jars
Ingredients:
4 cups mashed hulled and mashed strawberries (if using fresh strawberries, that's about 3 very full pint containers)
3/4 cup coconut sugar
2 tsp calcium water
2 tsp Pomona's Pectin
Directions:
Add strawberries and calcium water to a pan and heat to boiling.
Mix pectin with the sugar and add to boiling strawberry mixture.
Return to a full boil while stirring constantly.
Ladle into jars, apply rings and lids and water bath can 10 minutes.
Alternatively, this can be frozen or enjoyed immediately!
